2. Instant Digital Service Fulfillment

All software credit purchases, subscription plans, and digital utility accesses are fulfilled and credited to your account immediately upon payment completion. Because our products provide instant digital processing capabilities, usage credits consumed during active service operations are non-refundable once successfully utilized.

3. Refund Eligibility & Request Window

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

• Technical System Failures: Unused credits purchased within 7 days where a technical malfunction on our platform prevented service fulfillment and could not be resolved by our support team.
• Duplicate Transactions: Unintended duplicate payments charged due to a payment gateway processing delay or system error.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel ongoing recurring subscription packages at any time through their account settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further automated renewals will occur.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is submitted and approved by our support team:

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
• The refund processing time typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer's processing standards.
